Orders & Invoicing
Has my product been shipped?
All orders are shipped within 1-2 working days after you have received your confirmation email. If your order takes too long, we can send you a tracking link.
How do I pay my invoice?
At the checkout, you can either pay by credit card, or for orders to Switzerland, select "invoice" as a payment method. In this case, a Swiss payment slip will be sent with your confirmation email.
Gift certificates & Vouchers
Currently, gift certificates and vouchers can not yet be purchased through the website. Contact us and we'll find a way!

Shipping & Fees
We try to find the best and cheapest shipping methods for your delivery. Within Switzerland, all shipping is free for orders above CHF50.-. You can find detailed shipping fees here.
All orders are shipped with Swiss Post Priority Mail, and should arrive within 1-2 working days in Switzerland. For orders abroad, shipping typically takes 4-6 working days.
Countries we ship to
We ship to Switzerland, EU, the USA and Canada. Because of customs and regulations, we currently don't ship to other countries.
Products & Ingredients
Where are your products made?
Finding the most local partners is key to our concept. Most products are manufactured in Switzerland, within 20 minutes from our organic gardens. The only exception is our shampoo bar, which is produced in France, just across the border, as we couldn't find a local partner that can handle the very specific production processes.
Are your products vegan?
Yes. We do not use any ingredients of animal origin and in compliance with Swiss and EU law, we never test on animals.
Are your products organic?
All our products contain organic ingredients from our gardens, and are developed to comply with the regulations for organic cosmetics. As the certification process involves a lot of time and resources, only a few products bear the COSMOS Organic label, but we're working on certifying the others in the near future.
Do your products contain allergens or controversial ingredients?
For our #CleanBeauty products, we avoid all controversial ingredients and keep the formulas as short and simple as possible. Due to their natural origin, some ingredients such as fragrances contain compounds such as geraniol or limonene, which are naturally present.
