What is your return policy?
Our goal is to help you find the perfect products for your skin type and lifestyle. Our detailed product descriptions will help you find the products most suited to your needs. If you are not satisfied, we will refund the price of returned products as long as the product is at least half full and we receive it within 14 days of the initial purchase.
We monitor all return and refund activity and keep the right to refuse a return if we find that our policy has been abused.
What is your international return policy?
We also accept returns from outside of Switzerland. Please note that the shipping costs and all taxes and dues are to the customer's expenses.
What are the steps for returns?
1. Contact our customer support
BEFORE returning an item, please contact our customer support, explain the reason for your return and get the return approved.
2. Return the product
Send the returned product back to us, with a mention of the order number and your contact details. Please ensure that the package is sufficiently protected for transport. Shipping is at your charge.
3. Get your refund
Once we have received the returned products, we will proceed to refund the product value to your bank account or your credit card.
